  • Auction Duration: Auctions have set start and end times. Bidders may place bids anytime during the auction period. Auctions are governed by time-stamped bidding, and the last bid before the auction closes wins the item.

4. Buyer Responsibilities

  • Inspection: Buyers should inspect the products upon receipt. Any claims for damage, defect, or dissatisfaction should be raised within 7 days from delivery.

  • Shipping & Delivery: Sellers are responsible for shipping or arranging local delivery of the winning item. They must provide tracking information and ensure the item reaches the buyer in the described condition.

  • Return & Refund Policies: Sellers must specify whether items are returnable. If the item is returned, it is the responsibility of the seller to process the return and refund in accordance with Atollbids’ policies.

6. Fees and Commissions
Atollbids charges listing fees and takes a small commission on completed sales. Specific details on these fees are available on the platform and subject to change. Sellers are notified of any applicable fees before listing their items.

7. Prohibited Items
The following items are prohibited from being listed on Atollbids:
